Oliver Wheeler

CEO
Oliver is the CEO of THREESIXTY, the agency he co-owns with The Casbah group. Oliver was previously global head of communications for viagogo, and prior to that spent 17 years at freuds, where he founded the corporate and reputation department. Over the past 30 years, he has represented a diverse range of clients, including PepsiCo, Nike, Disney and Unilever, as well as high-profile individuals. Prior to freuds, Oliver worked at Chime, under Lord Bell.

Rob lester

Managing Director
Rob is THREESIXTY’s Managing Director and specialises in promoting and protecting the reputations of brands and individuals. He has more than 20 years’ media experience in PR and journalism, and has advised leading brands such as adidas, P&G, HSBC, Red Bull Racing, Levi's, BT and the All England Lawn Tennis Club. Rob spent six years at global PR agency Hill+Knowlton, and before that was an award-winning journalist. He has written for almost every national newspaper in the UK, including The Times, The Daily Telegraph, Daily Mail, The Sun and Daily Mirror – and has also worked for Sky television.

Alex Rowe

Communications Director
Alex is THREESIXTY’s Communications Director and leads the agency’s Comms department. As a ‘corpsumer’ comms specialist, Alex has been advising global businesses for more than a decade. Past clients include Lloyds Banking Group, Ferrero, HEINEKEN, Barclays, Danone, Durex, VF Corp, Essity and Bodyform. Alex’s expertise includes executive training and profiling, crisis and issues management, narrative development, media handling, sustainability comms and thought leadership.

Joy Barker

Studios Director
Joy is THREESIXTY’s Studios Director and leads the creative and strategic arm of the agency. With more than a decade's experience in production and events, she has worked with clients including SAB Miller, Unilever, Cashcade, World Rugby & William Grant & Sons. Joy’s team brings together skilled creatives with strategic thinkers to produce industry-leading solutions for some of the world’s biggest brands.
